At couple of instances I have heard people giving advice do what you love. Find your passion and make that your career. But is it worth that thought.  Ask yourself few questions instead, before you start following the advice or trend. Questions to consider: - Why should I focus on passion? Am I not happy with my career? When you choose any career it was something that had created a spark in you. If you are giving that career a rethought this question will help you answer that you have lost that spark.    - What is significance of work currently I am doing in my life? To get the further detail of the previous question, you will have to find out. Why are you doing what you are doing? If the answer is only monetary benefit, then start exploring your passion. Appraisal are always awaited and most of the time expectations are so high that receiver come out disappointed and giver come out exhausted. Appraisee will always say 'fingers crossed' before getting into the meeting room. But is this what appraisal are meant for, then the reply is no, not at all. When the word WORK ENVIRONMENT comes your mind, is the feeling you get when you are at office. If the word is negative it is time to be alert, either you need to communicate to management or rework on your style. For example, if two new hires join a company on the same day but one is a faster learner or more experienced, that individual might feel frustrated learning with a group in a classroom or rehashing information he or she has already mastered. Reap what you sow

Why blame the other when the outcome is equal to the effort. If your efforts are positive outcome is always positive and if negative it is obvious. We always enjoy to blame and not own what is there, we want to make a excuse and accept. Is it that our concious has gone so superior that we can't take control of our gut. What we give to nation is what we will get back, then why to blame the government or the system. We are the ones who have allowed or made them act or react the way they are doing it today. We all are very happy when government reduced the limit for transport for MPs, good that they did it but why are we happy it is sadistic pleasure. We as individual will first think what will I gain out of anything you come to know. Be it receiving dustbins from ward office or prasad at religious places. The funny thing is in our English literature I is written in capital irrespective of need.

What are we?

We are very curious at all stages of life. We want to know everything and still want to feel happy about everything. We want to compare ourselves with others but we are not able to accept the fact that what we are we are for a reason and so is the other person. It is very easy to reach a judgement but very difficult to actually analyse the reason behind what we are? When you are investing even Re. 1 you will investigate and feel it is your right to know where that money goes, but we don't take a second to investigate the reason behind someone personality. Everyone evolves the way they have lived their life or have their own share of experience, but what we are keen on is to judge the person. Today you will pass easy comment on next person sitting besides, you know or a stranger, but have you ever tried to analyse why are we in so much of hurry to take calls.
