I do not rely completely on my desk or mobile calendar to give me alerts. Make habit of using you brain muscles. The more you use them it will give you happy cells. As physical muscle feel content after workout so does brain muscles. That also gives you sense of personal connect and other person too.
Attention Exercise
We all with load and stress has generally reduced patience and in turn reduced concentration. We should every day do pranayam/listen to music/meditate/or do brain exercise (many available on net). All these activity not only fosters concentration but also fuels in positivity.
Physical Exercise
The most important aspect to all the above is physical fitness. I'm not going to chalk down a plan here. That is something you will have to do for yourself. But make sure you are doing some regular physical exercise. Sweating gives fresh oxygen to your body and fresh blood cells. Which in turns increases your immune and burnout stress.
Enhance your Skills
Along with all the exercise what will then help you to do your work better is enhanced skills. Always strive to learn new thing. Give yourself the risk factor which will run the adrenal for you to look at life as challenge. Learn new things, experiment with work, calculate risk and explore and let your boss know about your efforts.
With all the points above you will surely get a feeling of containment and satisfaction. If you are have satisfaction of work you will always be happy in your job and give your best productivity. And needless to say, with productivity success is always accompanied.
