When we read about influential personalities there is a secret desire to be one of that league. That is the what a influential people are suppose to be all about. May that be celebrities or professional tycoons.
I will like to add here that; to live that life is definitely not easy. They are always on watch and a minute error can cause their equity major impact. May that be scar on face for celebrity or share price of a business. All makes a loads of difference to their working.
I thought to get  you a few quick guides which will give you glimpse of what they follow. While going through I''m sure few of us will feel not rocket science. If you can do it you can become a influential yourself.
- Inspire conversation and do not run away from discussions. If they run away with blanks, assumption make them unpopular.
- Opinions or comments should be fact oriented. They have to be sure what they are talking about or it becomes controversy.
- Focus on the real matter and not keep bantering considering their credit. They should not bore the listeners or they loose their popularity. 
- Challenge decision to reach perfection but not giving the feeling of offense. Even if they are criticising they need to be gracious.
- Open towards disagreements. We all are humans and the person who realise that they can be wrong are self aware.
- Concentrate on networking, famous does not mean people around are all well wishers. They have to concentrate to keep right people around
- Pro activeness is about acting in advance and avoiding reaction. Reactions are fruitless. They need have foresightedness.
- Most important they challenge their own bench marks and have the attitude of achiever. They always believe it is possible.
- They always share their experiences & mentor people. They understand this that avoiding sharing is sign of insecurity.
If you want to be Influential in real life follow the above and you are there. Nothing comes without efforts.

We are adapting new ways in different aspects of life. It is time for us to look at the way we look at the gifting trends too. Before I tell you why I am saying this, I will request you to remember any recent or last event that happened in your life be it a birthday, housewarming, marriage, newborn, baby shower or any such occasion. Relationships should be bonding not bidding. I recently came across a statement that said that a relationship is a constant effort of commitment, communication and compromise . Which is the reality if you fail to balance all the three the relationship becomes bidding.
