Who will take the Blow?
When as a in-charge one looks forward to take credits, one should also come forward to take the blow. In today's complex and competitive environment, what we miss is camaraderie. Some people opt the pessimistic approach while some prefer to be solution seekers. There is a well know saying; "Whats goes comes around." To be effective leader you should build yourself to take the blow. At the same time it is significant that when taking blow leader should make sure the lesson is well learnt. When talking about learning do not limit only for yourself, it should extend to team. Being leader is also like being a parent. When a parent is making sure the kid is safe, they also make sure that they learn. Leader should not expect the team to stay hackneyed. It is not good for individual development.
