Professionals in today time are difficult to find. The resource market with changing dynamics have turned to be so that, seeing everything in a resource is becoming a low chance. In this scenario, what takes priority attitude or approach - a philosophy that defines your willingness, demands of the job role or strategy to get the results.  What is that can be compromised?
