Corporate Life
Today most of the professional are more busy in striving to sustain. We have so many companies, so many opportunities, so many options. Still the things with every day are getting difficult and dirty. Lot of new blood in the career track are willing to join a nice grown and known company. They want to get exposed to all aspects of career and professional Life.
But the fact is now is there anything professional about the life at work. Is there anything called as profession attached to any kind of role you are into. The "Profession" word has changed to "Politics". All the people from Senior to Lowest grade people are more interested in taking the credit irrespective if they actually deserve or not.
The new joiner in any sector who is fresher, joins with so much of hopes and aspirations. Soon he / she realizes that he is not into a Corporate he is into politics. He has to manage everything so tactfully and smartly that he forgets all his ethics and principles taught during his past years. He just remember one simply law that survival is the fittest. And for the matter of fact he forgets that this law is applicable for only Jungle and not for human life.
The greener part of this grass is that the atmosphere back home is such that your kids or kids around also get benefit of this experience and principles you apply. Only unfortunately side is these kids being innocents are not aware where to use this principle and soon it starts cooking up in families and relations. It is well said what you sow so you reap. If you have given kids a wrong principle they will live and make you live life that way only.
But what is the end to this. If you are nice will people be nice with you. Or you have to learn the art of Patience for a positive reason. What is that is in our control and where are we leading our life to. What are the social responsibility of every individual.
There is no one to get this revolution and bring change. And are we not capable of getting this change???
