Getting information through various sources is easy now a days. At a click of button you collect information. Do we actually use the data we gather. It is like we are clicking multiple pictures of same event and then we never look at them as that event was not very relevant in our lives. We gathered memories but we don't value it.
We see what our competition is doing and we start following the trend. What is more important is making your own trend with the information you have. Optimize what you have on hand and then fetch more.

Revamp: If implement your decision requires revamping or retooling your current resources. Believe in your decision and executive the change. Create a new order to get the new outcome. When you are persistent and focused towards your efforts, results are definite.
It is significant to understand that the leader who is steering the organisation should be clear. Digitalisation will facilitate you; implementing it is something leader will have to look for. Unclear leader creates turbulence. Which leads to under utilized resources.
