Humanity of Human

Image
We watch numerous movies; some are so insightful. Yesterday watched one such movie Superman vs Batman. Not that the movie had anything unusual, it was like all the marvel movies. The super humans, their struggles and internal fights. But the climax gave me a thought; we all are aware that the good human in us exist. Only thing is, it is buried under the derbies of negativity that we are unable to surface it. God's best creation of cr eature is Human. The only living thing which can read, write, speak and express in best mode. Although researchers say that most human uses only 3% of their brain capacity and Super Humans not sure . Imagine what wonders or blunders will happen if we start using it to even 40% a passing line we decide for educated. In recent past many medias are trying to activate that good human in us. Be it books, blogs, movies, documentaries or other popular sources. The communicators are trying to remind us that we have a good side. We are loosing ...

Demonetisation Effects or Side Effects

Image
The word DEMONETISATION is has been part of every conversation lately in India. What is your take on it? Have you felt any pain or you have the sweet cramps as after effect? Indian economy has been through a lot from the beginning. And it would be unfair to say only Indian economy; every country economy has their own share of ups & downs. If the economy has been stable throughout always than share market would have been a dull place.  There have been numerous stories of side effects of demonetisation, and the will demonstrated has been even stronger. Inspite of tremendous resistance pumped in by opposition parties the citizens of India has shown good unity. On obvious note and even lately Mr. Prime Minister also mentioned; demonetisation has brought in pain, but that will be short term.  Any change is always painful and when the nature of change will be impacting each individual related to country it requires cooperation. On the side effect ...

Indian Culture And Values: Are NRIs more Indian at Heart than Resident Indians (Published on Different Truths)

Image
http://differenttruths.com/religion/fairs-festivals/indian-culture-and-values-are-nris-more-indians-at-heart-than-resident-indians The Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), away from their homeland, recreate a small India wherever they are. They are far better knit, have a  greater  bond and are alive to the Indian culture and its  value,  feels  Asmani . She points out that resident Indians have far less respect for festivals and they often take it as just another holiday. Perhaps we value a thing when we are away from it. Here’s an interesting analogy, in the aftermath of major celebrations, exclusively for Different Truths. During my latest visit to the USA, I realised that Indians who are living abroad are more Indian at heart than those residing in this country. This feeling has deepened every time I see NRIs celebrating their culture in a distant land. I have a sister who stays at East Africa and when I discuss...

How Fair is the War of Gender (Published on Different Truths)

Image
http://differenttruths.com/gender/how-fair-is-the-war-of-genders/ The war of the genders often  boils  down to the clichéd caliber vs competition argument. We fail to understand that why females have to prove that they are equal. The thought has emerged from the mindset that female are inferior. Over the period, females have been deprived of their human rights and basic respect. This is the outcome of a lot of the previous lifestyle . It’s no point talking about past reasons or the roles assigned then. It was a part of life then. And it was largely acceptable. But with the changing lifestyle,  demands , and environment,  lot  of changes are needed. And change is that only thing that is not accepted easily, either by the impacting party or by the one implementing it. Today in a hurry to prove that females are equal to males there are a lot of aspects that are overlooked. Do you agree? The race of male vs. female has led to the disintegration of ...

What is Happiness?

Image
Quiet often I have observed that people are not content with what they have. Our elder or ancestors use to say you should be happy with what you have. But lately the life style and greed has lead us not to be happy.  There are numerous theories and philosophies existing which tell us how to be happy. Many saints, philosophers, guru's and intellectuals tell what one should do to stay happy. You can also find lot of people opinions and articles if you will search internet for word "HAPPINESS". Again I'm one of the above who is trying to explain my thoughts of happiness. But in all this my question is are we going to find the answer of our own happiness in someone else philosophies. Human as creature was not created with greed. But they themselves have evolved as greedy. If we go back to the stone-age the humans then were not looking for more and more. All we have studied & read; it was jungle raaj. Survival of the fittest and also post the need they wi...

Way to Woman's Heart

I'm puzzled every time when people talk about women as complicated personalities. Why everyone thinks women are difficult to understand? Why has been women so talked about? But after I joined a group full of women across all the geographies I somewhere find my answers. My love for sarees have pulled me to this awesome group. Here all the women are so magnificent; I will be short of words if I have to summarise it. Everyday I get astonished with the discoveries I come across in this group. A day full of new posts where women showcase how content they feel. How expressive they are. How much they love to admire others. The appreciation and comments are overwhelming sometimes.  While observing and reading the post one thought comes to my mind. I do not want to impose this thought on anyone; but a feeling. What makes women happy is being with people. The sense of friends makes her joyful. Women get encouraged to live her life with new energy. In India typically...

Image
In my last article I have asked you if you have desire to do business. I have spoken about reasons why different type of people want to start on own. The desire is not limiting any gender, class, age or geography. So, are you the one who desire to start on own? The one who wants to take the control. If you are than few points to consider before you actually start your journey. While getting into any decision we must do some introspection. The decision is your's and you are the one who is going to take it to success. So before even starting to lay foundation; ask some questions to yourself. Not necessary that you will like these questions and you will find all answers within. But these answers in honest fashion are necessary if you want to prove your decision. Why do I want to quit what I'm doing? Will I enjoy what I'm starting till the end? Will I be able to continue with the same energy always? Am I self driven? Will I need someone to push me to the edge? W...
