Where to find SUCCESS?

Success is quite in open. You have to find it for yourself. You need to identify the area where you have to explore to discover success for yourself. There are few basic tips to put your efforts.
Punctuality: This is traditional tip given from our forefathers times. When you reach on time its a positive start and shows your commitment towards the agenda. The host also understand the significance you exude. 
Planning: When you plan your day and week in the right manner you are able to achieve all your agendas. It is not necessary the complete plan is executed as we aim. Planning gives you another aspect of management that is TIME MANAGEMENT. When you plan right you have time for everything starting from personal to professional health. You can allot time for self, for family and work.
Trust: One need to learn how to trust and whom to trust. When you aim to do everything yourself. You will always end up with mess or burdened. Don't be bottle neck; learn to effectively delegate, organise your responsibilities and communicate where requried. Discuss with the person you are delegating; for him also to be prepared. When you delegate tasks you show your trust in other person which passes positivity. Don't forget to ask for update of delegated work, you should also be updated.
Goal Setting: Objectives that you set should be step by step which leads to larger goal. You should keep your goals visible every time for you to ring the bell and give you reminder. Goals should be magnificent and challenging, which makes you come out of your comfort zone.
Accept & Pliability: Nothing is road block. You should always aim towards goal and make sure nothing is show stopper. When you try to look for solution you will find yourself more content. Accept failures if any and look for way out and bounce back at the earliest for you to be on track on time. 
When our thought are clear and way forward is planned. Our efforts always turn into result and success follows. I will like each reader to ask themselves if they are doing all the above and aren't they happy? Do they feel there is any area of improvement? Then you are real self analyzer, go get it right and you will be self satisfied.

We as humans have evolved from orangutans, chimpanzees, bonobos, and gorillas. What these species have shared is their ancestors, who were same seven million years before. When we have not evolved from the same species, how can we expect people to behave or think in the same way? Yet we often wish that other people should behave the way we want to or understand us without being expressive or reasonable. When you expect anything from the person, you are willing to conduct what you like, irrespective of whether the other likes it. Which means you want them to live those moments as per you and not as per them. We all are undergoing a dilemma of uncertainty. The cloud of questions keeps hovering over your thoughts. Be it of on-going scenario or future. Things are surely going to change, and things are not going to be in the same pattern as they have been for the last few decades. We have evolved, developed and become more sophisticated with time and education. But we are humans at heart and mind. We still can imagine which is not available with any other living species on earth.
