Fundamental of Relationship - No. 1

Image
How often then not, we reach a point where any relationship is vulnerable to break down. Everyone has their way to deal with that point, some over come and some go down. Is their no single fundamental to deal with any kind of relationship? The answer is YES we do have, but not one. Let me begin with 1st. The answer to that fundamental lies within ourself. How is it that we most of the time feel we are right and go to any extent defending ourself. Why do we put up so well with ourself? The only reason is we come to terms with ourself better than anyone. This is the fundamental you should apply to all relationships. 'Come to Terms'. Be it your boss or your spouse, when you accept them with the kind or type they're the journey is better. Most relationship issues happen when your expectations are not met. The divine says do not expect, but I say learn to accept. Today, most of the Gurus want us to be self aware. What is self awareness? It means different in different...

The times of traditional methods of Human Resources Management processes are almost over. Every day it is becoming a challenge for the organisational management team. One of the increasing challenges is to keep the increasing millennial resources motivated. Millennials to great extent are over-influenced by the idea of self-awareness and constant up-gradation . This is normal in today's resource market considering to match up with the competition. For constant upgradation they need to understand their performance. In such scenarios traditional method of once, a year or half-yearly performance reviews would not drive them . In such situations how will you keep them engaged for enhanced productivity? During my conversations with management teams to understand their challenges in managing Human Resource issues . The common observation is; that the constant need for motivation is a major factor of concern. Millennials are overexposed to the external world and opportunities which dis...

Moral vs Nation

Image
There is so much of unrest in the overall environment of the country. The causes are so many, yet so not understandable. Most of the sectors are finding it hard to survive in the given working philosophies of this government . Yet there is so much of hope with this government. The situation is such were India is almost in a state of confusion. Citizen want to support the good initiatives, but that is calling for personal discomfort . To quote be it GST or City control rooms. The change is not getting accepted. GST acceptance was not there saying all of sudden such major economic policy. The economy has not survived the impact of demonetisation and now in 6 months GST and that to at the edge of Diwali a major festival of India . At the other side, when traffic police is catching hold of people who are not following rules. Advocates are protesting mentioning these are old records, start fresh. Why work on slow process by digging the past. What is the matter, is i...

Equality not Feminism

Lately there was viral post of company offering leaves for women employee during their monthly hormone cycles . Then there was a demand by women NGO for 3 years break to women workers post their maternity. I also happen to view a video created representing; special treatment offered during pregnancy 9 months by boss to make the women employee feel comfortable . It is like giving professional goals to organisation or HR department for employee engagement initiatives . There are so many other instances wherein people are demanding extra for women workers. Be it flexibility of time, break for personal life balance or be it limiting their working conditions . The real question here is; are the women working in the real corporate world actually care for all this. Like every man motivating factor for the working woman are similar aspects like any working gender . - Job Satisfaction - Own Identity - Financial independence - Recognition for her work. The fact of recognition ...

Humanity of Human

Image
We watch numerous movies; some are so insightful. Yesterday watched one such movie Superman vs Batman. Not that the movie had anything unusual, it was like all the marvel movies. The super humans, their struggles and internal fights. But the climax gave me a thought; we all are aware that the good human in us exist. Only thing is, it is buried under the derbies of negativity that we are unable to surface it. God's best creation of cr eature is Human. The only living thing which can read, write, speak and express in best mode. Although researchers say that most human uses only 3% of their brain capacity and Super Humans not sure . Imagine what wonders or blunders will happen if we start using it to even 40% a passing line we decide for educated. In recent past many medias are trying to activate that good human in us. Be it books, blogs, movies, documentaries or other popular sources. The communicators are trying to remind us that we have a good side. We are loosing ...

Demonetisation Effects or Side Effects

Image
The word DEMONETISATION is has been part of every conversation lately in India. What is your take on it? Have you felt any pain or you have the sweet cramps as after effect? Indian economy has been through a lot from the beginning. And it would be unfair to say only Indian economy; every country economy has their own share of ups & downs. If the economy has been stable throughout always than share market would have been a dull place.  There have been numerous stories of side effects of demonetisation, and the will demonstrated has been even stronger. Inspite of tremendous resistance pumped in by opposition parties the citizens of India has shown good unity. On obvious note and even lately Mr. Prime Minister also mentioned; demonetisation has brought in pain, but that will be short term.  Any change is always painful and when the nature of change will be impacting each individual related to country it requires cooperation. On the side effect ...

http://differenttruths.com/religion/fairs-festivals/indian-culture-and-values-are-nris-more-indians-at-heart-than-resident-indians The Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), away from their homeland, recreate a small India wherever they are. They are far better knit, have a  greater  bond and are alive to the Indian culture and its  value,  feels  Asmani . She points out that resident Indians have far less respect for festivals and they often take it as just another holiday. Perhaps we value a thing when we are away from it. Here’s an interesting analogy, in the aftermath of major celebrations, exclusively for Different Truths. During my latest visit to the USA, I realised that Indians who are living abroad are more Indian at heart than those residing in this country. This feeling has deepened every time I see NRIs celebrating their culture in a distant land. I have a sister who stays at East Africa and when I discuss...
